Can I request a specific therapist for my child?
Yes, you can request a specific therapist for your child. If the therapist you prefer has availability, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. However, if the therapist you have in mind is not available, please rest assured that our entire team is skilled, experienced, and eager to help. We strive to match each child with the therapist best suited to meet their individual needs and goals.
What ages do you provide therapy services for?
We provide therapy services for pediatric clients ranging from newborns to 17 years and 11 months old. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of children and adolescents within this age range. Whether your child is an infant, toddler, school-aged, or nearing adulthood, our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to support their development and well-being.
Can I observe my child's therapy sessions?
Yes, you are welcome to observe your child's therapy sessions, and we encourage your participation in their therapy journey. Your presence can offer valuable insight into your child's progress and help you understand the strategies being used. However, if at any point your presence becomes a distraction for your child or if you prefer to wait in our comfortable waiting area, rest assured that our therapists will communicate with you frequently and keep you updated on your child's progress. Your involvement and feedback are important to us, and we strive to ensure you feel informed and involved in your child's therapy experience.

Where do you treat?
Children participating in our Early Start Program receive therapy sessions in their natural environment which is often their home. For children accessing our services through health insurance providers or private payments, we welcome them into our clinic space conveniently located off Clairemont Dr, just up the hill from Mission Bay. Additionally, our telehealth services extend statewide, offering remote support to children and families throughout California.
Do you offer services in other languages?
Our team comprises therapists proficient in both English and Spanish, ensuring that we can accommodate the language needs of our clients. Additionally, many of our therapists have extensive experience working with diverse languages and cultures. They possess the skills to adapt their services to accommodate differences in language and culture, fostering inclusivity and effective communication for all clients.
